I'm loling that Jagex locked the accounts that had the sants xfered to then removed the santas from the acc's but wont put them back on Chessys account. So basically nobody wins from this. I doubt he would be safe, as far a legal action, as I saw somewhere how a guy that hacked Sarah Palins' email via the recov system of yahoo went to jail for a year.

This hacking a gaming account compared to a email account is different. The charges will me more severe because you are infiltrating someone's personal space and possibly stealing personal information. As for just taking someone password on a account on runescape nothing will happen your account might get banned.

But if she has the correct information and proof that they hacked her email threw some method these people can and probably will be seeing a large fine or at max maybe some time in a county jail.

The thing about sarah palin they made a example of him because of who she is.
