Internet no longer works on PC

Hey so I just got into the issue that my internet no longer works. It works on all other devices though. For example, I'm using a laptop now. The reason why it no longer works is unknown to me. I literally have done nothing harmful to my computer today other than cleaning my registery with CCleaner, cleaning my history with CCleaner, running 2 scans with SuperAntiSpyware and 1 scan with Malwarebytes. Therefore I do not believe it's any virus or malware.

I've had some VPN's installed (PureVPN and CyberGhost) but uninstalling these did not solve the issue. I've obviously tried restarting my PC, the router, using a different internet cable and I've tried the current internet cable in this laptop which worked flawlessly. I've tried some CMD commands such as "netsh ip reset" or whatever the command was, aswell "ipconfig /release" and "ipconfig /renew" (which didn't work btw). I've also just clicked the "Reset Network" button but I've yet to see what that does because my dad is now adding a second network card? No clue what he's doing tbh.

Any suggestions? It'd make no sense to me if this is a virus/malware, neither would it make sense that the networkcard is broken. Is it possible that CCleaner accidentally removed an important registery key or?
