Insufficient evidence

I was banned for scamming for a real world trade, I didn't do this and I believe there isn't sufficient evidence in accordance to the regulations.

There are no chat logs, and he just sent me money without me even agreeing on his deal. He has no proof of chatlogs that I actually "SOLD" him the phone.
