Unban request from 2008ish

Hi, i have an account by the name of Jared I wish to have unbanned. The account was banned around 2008, I got drunk, argued with a mod and received a ban.

....I'm 31 years old now, I've been sober since late 2013 and recently got back into OSRS, and even more so recently back into OSRS Cheating and would like to have my old account back if possible.

If this request is granted, there is a chance I may need to have the email reset, but possibly not, I may still have the email.

Back around 03-06 I was very active in the community, I developed a few runescape clients back then as well as some scripts for SCAR as well as most of the main bots to show up between 04-07.

Other than the drunken argument I maintained a solid reputation here and shared code/helped other developers where I could.
