Initate pure Help?

Basically I'm in the making of a inny pure
The stats are
50 att
60 strength
20 defence
40 range
21 prayer
24 mage

Was thinking of getting
60 att
85+ Strength (maybe 90 - 99)
80 -99 range
50 MAGIC (for making them stay there for 10 seconds, so i can range them)
43 prayer

does this sound ok? if not please tell me which i should have.

Honestly trying to snare them isn't going to down too well seeing as other pures your levels will have barrage, i suggest getting at least ice blitz. Getting 44 prayer would be better so you have eagle eye, but i'd get 52 for smite. Everything else looks about right.
EDIT: (I'm a level 94 ini pure myself)

 

Not all with have barrage. What ill do is see them fight, if they have mage I won't fight.
(I've seen some inny pure pvp vids, hardly anyone barrages
