Infraction without notification?

I received an infraction for a comical post I made,

and I received an infraction for it, I acknowledge that the post was a bit off topic but I never got a notification that I had in fact received it. Always before I had received a PM explaining the reasoning of why I was infracted and the post that I was infracted on.

 

All staff SHOULD try and send a private message when infracting any users, but sending it is optional and the occasional staff member will slack off and not send one.
Bear in mind the PM isn't automatic - so we must take extra time to send you one.

Lol i got over 10 infractions and only got one pm, and when responded mod never responded to me back so...

it was I who Infracted you, and the only reason I forgot to send a PM is because i was dealing with multiple reports at the same time. I apologise.
