Infraction for..

I think there should be an infraction for people who post/complain in the feedback section asking why there thread was locked. It's becoming a habit to post in the feedback section about threads being locked, rather than PMing the sectional responsible for that section. Comments/thoughts?

Moderators have a "Custom Infraction" button, so it's not needed.
