Infraction dispute

Hi moderator

I was infracted by Darthatron for spamming the contents of this thread:

I believe that this infraction is unwarranted and that my post was not spam.

Darathatron stated in the private message (notifying me of the infraction) that saying "lulwut" is spam by I actually quoted the starting post and said "lulwut thats insane". I didn't think that saying lulwut would make any difference but can some staff please correct me.

In this sense it is spam, simply because you didn't relate your post to the topic at hand. He asks,

"I was wondering if anyone else has tried them?, as far as I know there only available in Australia/New Zealand and my town doesn't sell them.

Anyone got a good energy drink that honestly works?"

As far as I can see, you didn't answer either question, and just said "that's insane." Looks like spam to me.
