Infracted for my sig

Ok, im not really complaining because thats not really going to get me anywhere, but does this mean that i'll never get mod position? i've had the sig for about 1 month and 2 weeks and it was fine, till today 26/12/07 and wheres the christmas spirit? im sorry for my sig being to big..i'll get a smaller one ...merry christmas lol
