Infracted for accidental double post?

Hey, on my thread I accidentally posted the same thing twice. It was an obvious accident, yet someone felt the need to report me, and Giddy felt the need to infract me for it. Sythe was lagging and I didn't know it posted the first time. I pmed Giddy and asked him nicely to remove the infraction, and I stated that I was an accident, he has not yet responded.
