Going off of THIS THREAD *Link* and the style of cheating that I invented a while ago, I am giving a good example of a failed use of it. I posted this on RsExploits a month or so ago and I think it's decent information on a way to abuse the Customer Service system. Although it didn't work for me, I believe it can work it you use it right, it's just that my ip is totally flagged by them and I get auto responses constantly.
Well I have known a method on how to get free membership for a while and it is getting pretty washed up, and is starting to rarely work. Mod William has been a big bitch lately and denies mostly everything (He has been handling like, every membership report I've made for the last 3 weeks). So I decided I'd come up with a new method, and I went for it:

I thought it was a half decent story and thought it might've worked but they have my ip flagged down so hard they won't accept anything with it. Go ahead and try it yourself though, depending on what Customer Service Agent you get or how well you put the story together. Here's my recorded data of everything, feel free to try it on your own. I am the maker of this so please don't distribute without credit.
Code:Project: Free Membership Version 2.0 Date: 10/24/08 7:00 - Idea comes to mind: If preepaid membership cards have a covering over the pin in which you need to scratch something off, You can have the excuse (when submitting a Billing Error) to say the pin number was scratched off along with goop/silver that was covering the number itself. 7:10 - confirmed by a good friend, there is indeed a silver covering that covers the pin number, much like the silver covering of A Lottery number, etc. Very generic. 7:25 - I finished the message along with a decent story: Hello, I recently purchased a new PreePaid Runescape Membership card from Target Yesterday for my son. As I was scratching the silver covering which covers the pin number off with a knife, the pin number was scratched of along with the silver covering. This was obviously my mistake and I am wondering if there is a way you can redeem the pin for me? Receipt # - 2-8241-1757-0076-1326-4 Thank you! 8:00 - Still Waiting for Response. 9:43 - Method Denied
