Index recovery/unban

Looking to be unbanned on my account "Index" I was banned a few years ago for selling hacked minecraft accounts, then I payed everyone back and was unbanned and given a TWC. Then shortly after my account was hacked I believe in the database leak and the registered email was changed to an email with weird characters like bng^5mj^[email protected] and I think i got banned as a precation. I never bothered to request to be unbanned as i hadn't really played rs in quite some time. this morning i tried to login to my 07 rs account which i bought off "Hattez" and it has been recovered and the registered email is no longer mine, i put a lot of work into that account so i'm looking to get unbanned so i can talk with him about it, thanks!

There doesn't seem to be any verifiable information on your account (especially w/ the random email).

You could give me an audit of your previous ISPs/locations so I can cross-match but I think that's all we can go off of so I'm unsure how this recovery will turn out.

If you can get ahold of Hattez and prove that the account is yours, I can match this with the sale if it was done through Sythe.
