Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I commented on report threads that were not mine, and received deserved infractions. However, both infractions EXPLICITLY stated: "This warning is worth 1 point and will expire in 1 month. If you accumulate 5 active points at any given time, you will be banned for 3 days." If I received two of these infractions that should be 2 active points shouldn't it? I believe 2 is less than 5, but I have been wrong before. I was banned for 3 days after the second point.

Anything else you wish to say: I don't have much more to add, I just don't remember the BTC address of where I'm supposed to send $140 to have my infractions removed, could you provide me with that once again?
