Elixirs owes me money

Explanation of the trade: I sold him a account from this thread ([CHEAP] Selling 25 FRESH 5 years veterans accounts 3$ EA) for 4$ paypal.
How they scammed: He paid me but the money after 20 minutes got hold by paypal and today the dispute was over and he got money back, leaving me without my payment.

Tried to contact him multiple times trough PM, this was the last contact i had with him. like 13 days ago... He deleted me from skype aswell.
