Great guide, I followed this and highly recommend! Only thing i would suggest is to add maybe some achievement diaries to unlock free teleports and getting 25 agility earlier!

This is amazing i knew the basics to osrs but i had never had a really good start up guide its challenging in a great way i learned a lot from this guide i really like all the spots you chose for skills like the flax field and fishing but there were just a few hiccups i had that i figured id share since it is 2015 now if you want to keep it updated. I am very new to Runescape so this could be common knowledge for some so i apologize in advance also maybe put it at the top somewhere that its members only

1st using the water on the clay i found later that 'Doric's Quest' requires just normal clay so i had to go back and find more which wasnt hard at all just up to the dwarven mine.
2nd "Go to Al-Kharid. Buy an uncut sapphire from the gem store." well for one idk if there is an actual gem store but i went to the gem stall and he is always out of stock lucky i found one later in game before having to use it.
3rd 'Witch's Potion.' just throw in that you should start the quest before killing the rats for the tail and that its not the big rats its the little ones which you can find right outside of her place in the other houses.
4th 10 loaves of bread from Wydin's Food Store was also out of stock every time I checked (maybe throw is some thieving somewhere once lvl 5 you can pick from the bakers stall in ardougne and you can get bread and cake so a good way to stock up on some food for the later quest)
5th Ardougne: while here your suppose to buy the two jugs from the general store but they don't carry them idk if thats a recent change or not but maybe suggest they pick them up in Lumbridge or closer
6th "Bank everything in Seers. Pick flax and spin 190 flax into bowstrings till 20 crafting." an excellent spot to do so but i started this first thing and i was only lvl 3 crafting when i arrived here and you have to be lvl 10 to spin flax but wasn't too awful, if you walk to almost Ardougne there is a sheep field with a spot in the fence you can climb over and sheer sheep but that took forever so i ended up doing a quest 'Murder Mystery' which got me to lvl 12 its pretty close by and was easy I would suggest using a guide tho.
7th I had bait on me entering the fishing contest and i didnt even use the red worms from the vine so idk what that's about ^_^

all in all this is a great start up for someone new but serious about playing and learning the ropes and how to get around quicker thanks so much for posting this and i hope this helps you keep up with the times i did use quest guides on some but for the most part it was easy to figure out a way around the issues I was having being new my stats ended up OK considering i didn't do much but the guide i kind of wish there was just a touch about magic in here so i could experience it and decide which to skill up

agi: 25 of course
prayer: 10
hit points: 17
and combat lvl of 18
