Well my parents own the internet but I'm not sure why you need this from me? What about it makes you think it's not my home ip?

 

Your ISP is known to be used by a large popularity of users and is commonly used as a public hotspot. The one you're using however is a dial-up connection of which your ISP has claimed they've put that service to a stop in 2013 - therefore I'm requesting additional information from you.

 

Sorry but it's not my WiFi its my parents, I'm not sure what you mean discontinued? Plusnet fiber optic isn't a discontinued service

 

It might not be, but the dial-up service from BT is and that's exactly how it shows up for us: BT switches off dial-up net service
