Important World [Updates Needed]

Hello everyone! I am in need of some assistance as it was brought my attention that the sticky here is outdated: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-general/1580259-important-worlds.html#post12309193

What I need is an updated list of Worlds with their activities listed to the side. Since I do not play the 07 version of the game, I was not sure what has/hasn't been updated.

301 - Trading, Varrock. (Also used for NMZ to get the best melee xp in the game.)
302 - Trading, Falador. (People use this world to PK most too.)
304 - Trouble Brewing.
305 - Falador Party Room.
306 - Barbarian Assault.
308 - F2P PKing.
314 - Dorgesh-Kaan Agility.
316 - F2P PKing.
318 - PKing world. (People use world 302 to PK most.)
322 - Duel Arena.
325 - PVP World.
330 - House Party and Gilded Altars.
333 - Games Room and Rogues' Den.
334 - Castle Wars.
336 - Running Natures.
337 - PVP World.
341 - Running Laws.
342 - Roleplaying.
344 - Pest Control.
346 - Agility Training.
350 - Tzhaar Fight Pits.
354 - Castle Wars.
358 - Blast Furnace.
362 - Pyramid Plunder.
369 - PKing World (People use world 302 to PK most.)
370 - Fishing Trawler.
375 - Barbarian Fishing.
377 - Mort'ton Temple and Rat Pits.

Main update would be the PVP worlds having been added.

Yeah but it can be tedious having to move your cursor over every world until you find the appropriate one.
