    Phone Fell In Toilet

A friends phone had fell in their toilet, and they picked it up to find it working perfectly.
There was no case/anything on, so it was a bit odd.
My friend told me that the top of their phone (Iphone 6s) was acting weird.
There seems to be water on the top of the phone, anyway to remove it?

I've seen a few videos of iPhone 6's being submerged for up to 20-25 minutes still working just fine so the electrical components inside are a bit more durable than you'd expect.

What I would recommend is to just put it in a tupperware filled with rice and / or those little silicon gel packets overnight to remove the moisture. There really isn't any other way to dry the phone out of there if there is water internally.

If there's water inside I'd strongly recommend taking it apart then placing the components in rice. Liquid damage is a bitch when not dealt with correctly.

pretty shitty situation, make sure to take care of it as soon as possible. sometimes at first water damage isn't noticeable, but then it comes in a week or so (starts getting unresponsive, etc.)
