Image with Multiple links

Hi. I've created an image with multiple hyperlinks through Photoshop CS6, but I don't know how to upload somewhere as an image with working links. I've tried saving it as PNG/JPEG and using the image address, but the links won't work. I've also tried saving it as a HTML file, but i'm assuming that it will require some kind of web hosting for the files doesn't really seem ideal for just a picture.

Split the image into seperate parts and link them once you've added them to your signature, I'm not sure where this idea or adding hyperlinks in Photoshop came, simply linking it using the link feature in the text editor is much easier.

 

I tried adding all the images separately but they don't line up correctly. There's lots of gaps between each image when i preview it The only reason i tried using Photoshop was because of the slice tool, but i couldn't get the whole image off there in a compatible file format, other than html (which i cant upload to here), that would allow the links to work on here.

 

There are a couple of methods to insert the images with links and remove the gaps, it's hard to explain how to do it though.
