    OSRS Bought Skilling Question
    I recently bought skilling from a legit guy off the forums who I got a price off and payed upfront and he is now nearly complete however has come back to me asking for quite a bit more money telling me he has gone over his original budget and needs more. Am I within my rights to not pay him this extra money as it is a significant more which if i had originally know about would not have payed? Thanks
