Image insert issue

I am wondering if anyone can help me solve this issue:
Any help/tips will be appreciated!

Every time I use an image from my website and insert it into a post it shows up in the preview working but when its saved it just shows {IMG}

Note: my AdBlock is disabled for Sythe and the issue persist on mobile
The image insert works on other forums, so it doesn't seem to be any of my server settings
Puush.me/Imgur work fine, But I'm trying to get images from my own web url to work for some specific reasons.

It worked fine after I uploaded the image to imgur first. Odd that the image itself returns an error though...

 

It seems to be a issue with Sythe, looks like it happens to partypete's website too, I have just made a work around and will upload them to imgur for now. You can close the thread

 

I would mention it to Richard, but there is a 0% chance he does anything about it right now...
