    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : He rented an account from me for staking, went to edgeville and started to pk on it. He then broke my tentacle, and then told me he used the account for ddosing people etc. He was the only one viewing my thread, mods pls see if anything relates to this ban evader.
