To my understanding there was no gold delivered and the holdup is due to an ID being requested for a Paypal payment. If the user doesn't want to show their ID, they don't have to, this would result in the trade being refunded.

You are not allowed to hold someones funds hostage. If you believe this user was involved with previous reports, you would need to contact a staff member and see if an antiscam can be arranged and supply supporting evidence.

You will need to refund the amount that is being held @crazypipe

 

Thanks for the response, my employees were not interested in that ( holding 40$ from someone or making him have a bad experience 3 weeks ago in the live chat) i did contact all admins and staff members but all were too busy. Just imagine the situation. You get 80 plus chargebacks in 36days, around 40 in a single day, 2-3 days before this transaction. We didn’t require an id but A Document to vefi y if he is the owner of the paypal transaction, because if he is not, he might not have wanted a refund. Because what happened with this chatgeback scammer is he uses a pp and never logs in again, so to verify WE ARE speaking to the OWNER of the paypal, we wanted atleast a paypal transaction.
Again I am not interested in holding anything neither my employees are when speaking to a client. I even made a fund to pay someone else's losses a few weeks ago

Well it was 3.5 weeks of me having to wait and you didnt contact an admin until i made a sythe account to report lol your wording it like you have been waiting on a response on an admin for 3 weeks lol.

at no point was i emaileld or refunded over paypal as i might of forgot it you seemed to just think well he didnt show id and you won the chargeback so i can keep it

Talking to @Pendulum we are checking something and will keep you updated. You submitted a dispute, the 40$ is 1/1450 of our revenue since those 3 weeks and ive had over 6000$ chargebacked aswell. You approached me after the dispute, we will resolve it asap, if you are a scammer i will donate the money to my fund to help antiscam victims anyway so it’s not money ill hold, if you are legit, you will be refunded within 24hrs

PayPal offers a protection for buyers that if the good they got wasn't received, a dispute can be open and escaleted to a claim

It wasnt top of my priority with being in hospital and school so i had never responded to escelate it to a claim which is the step which is important, where we both supply evidence of the trade.

If you're trying to keep my money because i already opened a chargeback before thats pathetic, i opened a chargeback because i had every right to do so, you said to me you weren't giving me the gold because im a chargeback scammer who won't show ID (those words exactly) you even posted in the paypal dispute that it was for that reason to.

 

Ill check something with pendulum, noone is interested in keeping your 40$, if you are a scammer, i will give it to a scam victim from sythe lol, As i said you didn’t want to legitimate yourself 4 weeks ago and we were not even sure if you are the owner of the payment and if we are speaking to him, ontop of all your vpn issues and 3 tries to resolve them the cae looks worse, but i will resolve it within 24hrs with @Pendulum and if he approves, i’ll just refund

 

I've added a DNT to @Friskymoves while this is being looked into further. I've instructed @crazypipe to continue holding the funds.

If i was who was charging him back why wasn't i doing it for the other $6k of transactions which i apparentlyl did and only doing it for $40 lol?

Regardless, I'll be phoning paypal to ask them to reopen the case if nothings done in 12h when they open again.
