im new to irc..help please

ok to get a register nickname do you have to pay? and also when i try to rgister by using /ns register pass e-mail : is says..-NickServ- Please try again with a more obscure password. Passwords should be at least five characters long, should not be something easily guessed (e.g. your real name or your nick), and cannot contain the space or tab characters.
but i dont know where to enter my pass=/ can any1 help me

 

I believe you recieve an email. If not, check the sticky post at the top for help.

 

Free to register, and you just type your pass there..nowhere special..unless you were making your pass 1 i dont see why else you would get that message.
