I fear I'll be one of the trainees they root out before the real work begins tbh lolol. Combatives actually isn't my thing. I'm not bad at it, but it's NOT the kind of workout that makes me feel good afterwards. I love to go to the gym and lift, but the stuff they have me doing is torture :ccccccc
