Im level 10

So im level 10 on my smurf account and I cant seem to get into Normal Draft games on NA Server probably because of my level right.

No you don't own enough champions. As draft pick has a banning phase, you must own at least 16 champions to play draft pick (3 bans for each team, and 5 picks for each team). Normal draft pick counts free week champions as a champ you own, whereas ranked only allows you to pick champs you own (so for ranked you must own 16 champs).

Doubt any at level 10 bought rp to have 16 champions required for banning phase and pick.

I actually have 23 champions at level 12 now but I still cant get into any ranked games.

ranked is locked until lv30.

if you cant find a draft game, its mainly because nobody plays draft at that level.
