I'm IP banned?

About 2-3 days ago the site worked perfectly fine for me, but then it wouldn't load so I figured it was just down. But after a few days I decided to try to get in with a proxy and it worked but it said I was IP banned. Could you guys please tell me what is up with that especially if my account isn't banned?

I'm on a proxy right now btw.
