I go boxing frequently and i love it.

my best on the bleep test so far is 14.6 but ive been exercising a lot recently and im hoping to improve on that soon, ive had about 6 fights in front of an audience, won 5 and lost 1, fight southpaw and im a lot taller than most of my oppenents im about 5'9 and 53 kg so i have quite a advantage height wise.

Im 5'6 (I think...) and Im 61.... I aint fat - used to go gym..
