rs3 legacy boxing?

Are there many people still boxing (staking) in rs3, or is that only in old school runescape? I want to come back and stake again but i dont want to come back and see no one is staking anymore Or that people are using abilities.

 

Yeah I'm also wondering this. I was hoping to start up a FC for boxing/betting in rs3 legacy.

 

Obviously that will never work, there are already fcs trying to do it but they seem to be failing pretty bad.

However, I would not go anywhere near the duel arena for several weeks at least until they have ironed out any possible glitches

Don't box EoC vs Legacy, as I'm hearing legacy is kicking its ass.

 

It's not the same damage output on pvp?

 

From what I'm hearing, in Duel Arena stakes especially, the damage output for Legacy is higher than EoC, when it comes to straight up box stakes.

Saw a few threads complaining about this on RSOF. Whether it's true, that I can't tell you.

I'd definitely be weary if I were OP though and staking on worlds where both EoC combat + legacy combat is allowed.

As far as PvM, EoC still seems to get the nod over Legacy xp rates, which was to be expected. Legacy is comparable to a Revolution mode, with slightly less xp.

But yeah dude, I'm hearing boxing EoC vs Legacy, the latter is whooping its ass. Take it with a grain of salt though, it could just be legacy haters trying to cause a stir...but apparently one person said since EoC relies on abilities boxing in EoC is inherently weaker than Legacy.

This could be true, however, cuz I remember trying to kill a guard recently with nothing in EoC, and even that taking a while...a lowly guard lol. So maybe boxing is super weak in EoC and it was something Jagex overlooked.

 

That's what people said about dicing clans also.

 

I boxed myself in Legacy and I have to say it's pretty similar to pre eoc and I will start staking/boxing again

 

Try drygore, boxing is sort of slow.

 

Boxing is very slow, you max around 50 (5) now with kick or punch

 

boxing has been really really slow in RS3, but I'd hold off on the duel arena for at least a few weeks, if not a month or 2 before staking again because it's apparently reallly unbalanced now.

 

If you just stake in a legacy only world and do inventory checks to make sure you use the same weapons, you will be fine

 

I see a lot of people in 07 still, but barely anyone stakes in rs3, and theres so many scams already it doesn't seem too good :S
