I'm confused about proxies

So when I'm buying a proxy to bot on only one account (my main, which i'm kind of scared to bot on. It has never been banned so i'm hoping for a 2 day ban if i do get banned XD), which one do I buy?

I am on proxyfish, (Shopping Cart - ProxyFish), and was wondering if I am supposed to by the 1 private SOCKS proxy deal. And can someone please explain what a subnet and IPV4 thingy is?

If you've already played on your main on your home IP, then there's no need for a proxy.

A proxy should be used from account creation - death.
