Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: This was a long time ago, 5 years, and it was only done for a couple days. I don't think there is any repayment needed or possible.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I ban evaded and made this account for buying RS gold and also Overwatch boosting. I honestly didn't think much of this, and it was over 2 years after I was banned. I didn't really try to ban evade, I just made an account real quick to provide a vouch for a gold buying website.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well I was young, 13 to be exact when I did these activities. I shouldn't have done them and as I got older I stopped doing any blackhat activities, and even straying away from all these markets in general. I regret my past actions, and that is why I am straying away. I hope you can forgive me and I can join the community back as an Overwatch booster.

The RAT'ing situation was back in 2012. Blackhat offences dating 3 years and more are forgiven.
