I'm starting a new team. This time,...there will be no slip ups. I am the commander and chief and I make sure my customers are safe aswell as my employees.

If you feel you are eligibale and trustworthy enough to even be considered for my team, read the qualifications and specifications below and I'll be the judge otherwise don't waste my time.

WE ARE NOT TRAINING YET. After I recruit a decent amount of trainers we will open a new thread for training. Please do not use my recruitment thread as a reference or use it if you are scammed, I've made it clear we are not training yet.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have been a member of sythe for atleast 4 months.

I do not judge you by the number of vouches but the jobs done within the vouches. I'll decide if you meet this requirement.

Must have legit vouches, FREE TRAINING VOUCHES WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED.

Must be able to train 4-5 hours weekdays and 6-7 on weekends ( the more the better ).

Speciality in training?: well i love training mage, fletching, strength, cooking but willing to do anything

Why should I choose you?: well i really like training and such i always train the account i am given and dont play on any other account until the job is done but there is no reason to be chosen

 

Xsk00ldx I've looked over your application and your vouches ( most of them looked legit), but I don't think you're ready for my team. I need people with more experience in training. I don't necessarily judge the number of vouches, but the job itself. Don't count your self out just yet though, I might have a seperate division for you later. I'll contact you.
