Unable to sign up, says I have multiple accts on IP

    Unable to sign up, says I have multiple accts on IP
    When trying to sign up it says I have the same IP address as several other users. I do NOT have any association with those usernames or accounts. I use a public wifi on my military base though (it is subscription based, so i log into it when using) so maybe that has something to do with it? I have never used the website before
