    The only EVIDENCE posted in the report was that the account was in fact locked, the account had the gold, and that iHQ can't recover his OWN account.

    Yet hes only required to pay for part of the account? Why does the liability stop there? When evidence has shown otherwise? He can't even recover the account that he supposedly only played on and created. k dude when you get it recovered just take the 2.4b
