iGP Pardon Request 2

Hello. First I would like to state why my first account was banned.
CheaplyAkward, my old account, was used for runescape and neopets. Now, I had 5-10 Good trades and never any bad ones. I make a post about selling some neopets, and someone replies (I don't remember the name) I sell him the account and then get another vouch, everything continues as normal and I take in my Sythe stuff daily like normal and I come on a week later, being banned for chargeback. Now I don't know who charged me back, but I was not contacted about any of my inventory being recovered or banned. So I would like to consider being framed for scamming.

Now me liking Sythe so much, and still wanting to be a legitimate businessman, I create my account iGP. I get my siggy done and start a partnership with Todu and Bizzle UK. Then I get banned for ban evasion.

Now I know this sounds like normal crap that comes out of people trying to get back on Sythe, but this is how I make income, without Sythe I'm lost. All I ask is an Un-Ban for iGP. I have not EVER scammed anyone and I hope you can realize that.
