iforeign is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I purchased 40mil RSGP and had it sent to iforeign (& was supposed to receive a BD Pet and UC in return on neopets)

How they scammed: The user received the RSGP but promptly logged off of MSN when he should have transferred over the neopets to me. He's also been active on sythe after the trade (bumped his board, etc.), which shows that he's not just facing an internet problem or something of that sort.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: PMed me his MSN (&I copied and pasted it) + talked to him on sythe

Is there any proof that you paid him the RSGP? Or that the MSN you're speaking to is actually his? "sadiqc" isn't enough.
