Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: A very long time ago, over 4 years atleast I was banned for Ban Evading, I felt as if that was a wrongful ban, due to it was not what I was admitting to, I really can not recall what truly happened, but I took up for a previous member "Gucci Blood" and took a ban instead of him, in which I was perm banned for evading, but I do not recall evading what so ever.

I am coming back in confidence after 4 years to be unbanned, I am willing to have a TWC sign. Obviously a lot in my life has changed in 4 years. I've become more mature and know to think of myself rather then take up for another individuals actions. I am very sorry for doing what I did and am asking for an unban. If I was banned for evading, I will happily come clean to what I did seeing as there would be proof to what happened. But as of right now being 4 years later, I really can not remember.

I am family related to Firecape, I am posting this on his behalf because he has issues posting on a guest account, with different usernames and everything else. You guys can do full research on me and we can provide significant proof that we are two different people. Not once has Firecape asked me to post on here for a trade or anything for him since his ban.

His ban wasn't only for evading, he also had poor trading habits/lied and it lead to someone else getting banned or osmething like that.

Thank you for the concern and the deep investigation. Ov3rload is not me, and has never been and I honestly plead the 5th of how that account comes back to my IP, but the account he is featured selling is not the account that I was selling aswell, I do not remember having any type of connection with an overload but I'm sure if I did there it is a misunderstanding, It could be as simple as the guy might of needed me to log into his account to check something, or so forth on but that is not me, you can view the post between the accounts and put two and two together & how they are talking to easily see it is not me. I also cannot find why overload was banned, be it item scamming or something else I am not too sure

As for Yousucks finding for the account "Your RS Helper" He was a good friend of mine from years ago, but I am not sure how his account comes back to me what so ever. I met him on a RSPS years ago called "Paradise" by Johnny J, as said again I do not know how his account comes back to me, I have not had contact with him in over 3 years, I just found that I am still friends with "Your RS Helper" on my old facebook that hasn't been active in over 3 years.

These are my fighting statements with the evidence that was found, just as the "Your RS Helper" thing is a misunderstanding I'm sure the overload thing is as-well.

I'm asking for a Pardon for my account because I loved the community of sythe and I want to get back into it, as said I am willing to have a TwC. If I wanted to scam somebody wouldn't it be easier to just use my brothers account instead of going through the whole pardon process to pardon an account that has a mere 100+ post?

Since my ban I've become a active duty soldier with the US Army (Which I can also provide proof for) & a volunteer firefighter. I've went to college & I have did my time in the world to realize I am a more matured person. I'm asking for a Pardon for actions that have taken place over 3-4 years ago, when I see people doing worse and having there infractions lifted in a shorter time period. It takes a real genuine person to admit their wrongs, it probably would be been easier for me to come clean and say "Oh overload & RS Helper is me, I apologize for my actions which is the whole reason I'm pardoning" But when I know I did not do what I am being accused of I am willing to fight it until the wheels fall off.

Also please see how when you do the IP Audit on an account there are multiple names, for Dave there is several, but I am sure none of them are probably you it's just a misunderstanding. If it's so good, do the audit on Overload, my account name is no where on his, if I would have logged on his account somehow, my name would be there correct? I don't know how it works it's just another fighting statement.

That is completely pointless. It is was made clear that we are brothers, we do not live in the same house hold but Dragers computer was used to post when I saw him on Sythe. Request proof if needed, will gladly give.

Requesting this topic to be closed, do not want my account banned because people are digging for nothing does not involve me. A fair amount of proof has been given & over 4 years have passed and people do not want to lighten up, firecape can post on his own time if he chooses too.
