    hello because of my current thread of questing plus school i am to busy to train my own account. (new pure/skiller) i will vouch for anyone who is willing to get 3 levels on him. the only thing id like to say is no defense okay?

    c02, not a bad idea, theres a problem or 2.

    your not allowed to use vouches as a currency.

    & jagex will probally lock your account, for changes of ip.

    im not using them as a currency its no different from people who make need training saying they will vouch.

    and i if they do lock it meh. jagex sucks enough as it is why couldn't they add on to it
