If you had.... What would you do.

Ok well. I just got done watching the final episode of the death-note anime (which yeah I know has been out for a while) but regardless Thinking back to all that happened in the entire show. I reflected on what I might have done if I had found a note-book and whom evers name I wrote in it would die.

and after some time of thinking I came to the conclusion that I would have done basically the exact same things that the main character light yagami did. which was use it to kill people who had created crimes in the world that I seen fit to punish them.

I believe me and the main character of the story go hand in hand in which we have a lot of the same ideal's. We both have a bit of cockyness, are good at using other people when needed, and are good at talking our ways out of just about anything.

So anyways what I ask you, is what would you do and why.

Personally I would work to take out the corruption in this world, that's by the law of course. I don't think I would kill a man for his evil unless its proven he will do the same thing again.

I've seen a movie like that it was called " The book of days" you should watch it. Its pretty much the same story line but he just tries to save all these people. Pretty good story.

Cool I'll check it out. kinda dumb but it actually kinda made me sad that it was over seemed so fast.. lol hopefully there will be another series to it. but I don't know didn't follow the manga at all.

Who are you to judge who is corrupt? why should you have that right? I think it should be the victims that should be able to take the life of murderers, not you, and not the government.

Id have to say id destroy it. it would be too dangers to have, either someone else getting it or you just have a bad day and kill people that piss you off.

Would you really do that though? Like, knowing you have this kind of power, would you just simply throw it away just like that without second thought of what you can do with it? I know I would keep it and use it in times of need for good but not to often as you are right about how you are not the person to judge what is corrupt and what is not.

Well, i wouldnt keep it no. The possibilty of accidenty forgeting what the book does and end up killing yourself lol.

But i would only use it if the person did something horrible to my family and got let off. say they raped and murdered my child/wife, or such acts. because I would want justice, and these people dont deserve to walk the earth.

Oh i just realised, this book would fail, i mean how many people are there on planet earth? How many people have the exact same name as you? i know if i type my full name theres pages of different people with the same name.

So to kill one, you would end up killing hundreds, maybe thousands.

yeah i would take all the corruption out of the earth. If you really think about it there are millions upon millions of things that are wrong nowadays, if i were to have the power to take all of that away, boy would it make my day =]
