If you could make anything out of wood what would it be?

I would probably try to make a dog house, but I might fail at that so bad I'm not good at building at all.

I would assume that this is for marijuana use?
I would suggest that you do the same process as commercial tobacco pipe creation and carbonize the bowl as this removes the possibility of the bowl catching on fire. As for rotting, use briar wood. Briar can be purchased quite cheap and is easily carve-able with most wood working tools (you can do it with a pocket knife if you have the time).

However, I wouldn't suggest marijuana from a wooden pipe. The reason MMJ is smoked from glass or metal bowls, is due to the heat that these two materials can generate. Wood simply can produce the same heat, so you will be relighting VERY often.

Edit: I would love to create a home media center that can encompass all of my tech possessions into a single cabinet. I'm currently using a 31.5" Hannspree LCD HDTV and a Dell monitor (from around 2006) and have to set the second monitor on a separate desk. If the furniture wasn't so heavy I would actually look into creating or purchasing one.

The thing i would most like to make would be my own boat. I heard that with like $50 in supplies you can make a 14ft fishing boat that would cost like $1200 at a store.

 

Make a mechanical computer. There are some wierd people out there that will actually buy those things, and they look pretty cool. You will have to plan it out first though, and I doubt it will do anything more than 8+8.

 

I'd make a bookshelf with a secret lever that would swing open and lead my into a secret computer room. WOULD BE COOL.

 

Maybe a couch.

I just added pics of some things I made, the sword and guitar need alittle more work and to be painted of course but Ill post pictures when I paint them, I think they came out really good and the sword is big and pretty sharp to lol.

 

You should make a really epic computer desk or entertainment center or something. Would be cool to see a build log of something like that.

But seriously you're not going to have any issue whatsoever selling those energy swords online, they are pretty sweet.

 

Thanks Im considering the sword selling idea and a building log is a good idea I might actually do that and make an epic computer station, just need to come up with a master plan.
