If you could bring one game back?

If you could bring back a game from the past as either a remake or an original what would it be and why?

Mine would be a choice of 2:
Goldeneye N64 Original, you can't improve perfection :noworry:
Spyro, I loved the spyro series as a kid, would love to see a return.

 

Zelda ocarina of time with the same type of gameplay and game just update the graphics. and dont judge me but diddy kong racing was my shit

 

Back when I was a bit younger I used to frequent a local internet cafe almost everyday with a big group of friends, and at one point we played a game called 'Mu Online'.
It was a somewhat unknown MMORPG, and we played on a foreign server, but there was something about the gameplay and the equipment which was absolutely awesome and I'd love to be able to go back to those days... the server we were on was closed after a couple of years and we all stopped playing from that point.

I had a lot of fun playing it with 3-4 friends when I was younger.

Haha no judgements, everyone has different taste. I never got into Zelda, my friends loved it but it just wasn't for me.

Never heard of that Game before took a look, seems similiar to League Of Legends but obviously I could be completely wrong haha.

 

Probably James bond nightfire, that was my all time favorite game back in the day for gamecube

 

Spyro for ps1 was a blast when i was younger..also i played 007 for n64 for ..days on end. But for modern games I would say I love Call of duty 3

 

I remember Mu Online. Back when I started RS in 2004, a few of my friends that played with me ventured off to Mu Online.

 

Resident Evil & Resident Evil 2 for the PS1. Some of the greatest memories on there, especially because I started playing them when I was about 4, lmao.

 

I'd say COD4. It's only been 4 years since its release, but its number of players are dwindling considerably. I'd say this has been the best COD by far.

 

A remake of WaW would be amazing.

The PS1 Spyro games would be really good though, I played them for hours as a kid. I'd love some of the old football games to be bought back too, Ronaldo V Football, This is Football etc.

 

I disagree with WaW there was a lot of hackers/poor gameplay plus Treyarch are notorious with lagg issues. Perhaps if infinity ward released it.... :laugh:

 

Blackops became a hackfree game which is how it should be. Sure WaW had its flaws but most games do especially the newer CoD's.

CoD4 Jugganaught 3 Frags Steady Aim + Very OP Nades
CoD5 MP40 RoundDrum Jugganaught 3 Frags Steady Aim + Rapid Fire Abuse
CoD6.. where to begin.. Tubes, Danger Close, One Man Army is the biggest flaw by far.
CoD7.. Bad hit recognition even when on full green bar.
That's just a start.

The most balanced CoD so far was CoD2, no loadouts, no perks, just set classes and gun on gun skill which is what a shooter should be.

None of this rubbish and people needing help getting kills back in the day you didn't have last stand to help you get kills you got demolished by people better than you and learnt the hard way which has got my skills to where they are today.

 

Halo 3. It probably wasn't as good as H2 but that was the first game that I actually liked.

 

Even with Blackops being hack free its bad imo.

COD4: Juggernaut is not a problem, you simply sacrifice easy kills to stay alive a bit longer. The Nades are decent really, COD4 is the only game where people actually opt to use their grenades on occasion whereas in other games, not so much.

COD5: Not played but I've heard there are a multitude of hackers

COD6: All the things you mentioned are relative to Tubes. Yes they were shit, not so much a problem now as not too many people use 'em.

COD7: Treyarch should retire.

 

Well if I was taking any game back it's bond 64.

New game. Halo 3 I miss the times of all night gaming.

For the cods, I don't really play cod4 or Waw. But mw2 had alot of hackers just like the other two. Black ops was fun and I love mw3 but don't know about the new game.

 

Completely agree GoldenEye was an amazing shooter however so was Nightfire for the PS2, playing multiplayer as Oddjob with the Hat :noworry: Good Times.

 

Around when runescape 2 first released that was runescapes golden age and the game was mad fun... halo 3 multiplayer was the bomb too zelda oh man old school tomb raider games on ps1 spyro grand trismo 2 resident evil 1 ,2 so scary crash banditcoot was mad fun street fighter mortal kombat... too many games to list
