If Runescape went console...

skilling would be totally different than what you guys are thinking. The actual mechanics of most of the skills would change, so that you would have to say go up to a rock and press a to mine, or open up an inventory and click certain buttons to fletch. it would be a good bit different than what it is now

For pking they would probably just make one of the buttons a spec at least while your in combat.

To communicate you would just use headphones like ps3 and 360 games do now(that would be annoying)

all just my personal opinion of what it would be like, but back to the question.

If it came to 360, I would obviously play it more. Especially if it was compatible with Kinect. Would be epic.

 

I think runescape would be hard to play on a console.. but i think i would still play.. im not sure. i would def try all the bugs i found ^_^ not caring about being banned

 

If Runescape went console I would probably play it less. If I got on the ps3 I would rather play black ops more than half the time.

 

If it went console then that would equal sick graphics. I would definetly play more.

 

If it was like Dragon Age 2, only in 1st Person, and you could port your PC characters. Sure.

 

I probably wouldn't play it on a console. Would be kind of hard to switch haha.

I don't think it will ever be on a console. It's popular enough on the PC and it's easy to control on the PC whereas with the controller it would be hard moving with the analogue stick. If you say use a keyboard with the xbox or PS3 then why not just play on the PC?

I don't think Jagex will ever implement something like this.

I like the first person part though, implementing that on the PC, GREAT!

You could use your computers keyboard (if it's a USB one, that is). That's what I do

OT: I just don't think it would happen. Jagex won't be able to profit off of it enough to make the actual work worth it. It would take them awhile to implement it, while few players would actually benefit from it (we all have computers; not all of us have a PS3).
