If a Maxed Main Rental gets locked while in service

What happens?

If its locked/suspect its stolen and jagex asks to recover while in middle of a service and rentee is in a stake/staking

Just want to know all rules associated with this

 

If u state in ur terms of service you aren't responsible for lost gold you aren't liable PROVIDING the renter cannot provide evidence that YOU were the one responsible for the lock/disconnect - If they can prove you were responsible then that's scamming and ud be held liable for whatever wealth they could prove they had the account.

The more extensive ur TOS the better - For example my TOS even says that if people even log off and claim gold went missing we aren't responsible- if they hop worlds we aren't responsible - if the whip breaks mid stake we aren't responsible - so on.

As long as you don't actually scam them or as long as they don't have evidence of it - You cannot be held responsible as the renter its why this industry is such a scamfest.

If you are renting you need VIDEO evidence of u staking and it cant be choppy/cut or its unusable to staff if u heavily edit it. No pictures accepted!

Pictures are accepted though video proof is preferred.

This barely ever happens. @TheGuy claimed this happened with his account in this scam report and you can see how well that ended for him.

Just make sure you read the stickies in the section aswell. They cover most of it aswell.

 

That guy claimed that but also was a ban evader and also blocked him and you can tell he was in a scamming spree.....

I am asking legitimately for the sake of the people and me...

If it happens no matter the case and the person claims there was for example 500m on the account and had no evidence pics/video and I log in and there legitimately isnt anything or he lost it in a stake right before whos reliable?

It barely ever happens sure, but it does happen right.
