I talked with !Curly! and received information that the account was recovered, it was not my doing and am working on recovering the account with jagex by providing ISP details and am awaiting a response.

Ierreth has just jumped back online and says hes doing an ISP recovery for me, still wanting to keep this dispute open until its sorted out. Account was secure including authenticator, will see result of.
