The top armor is the Wicked robes from Runespan, the middle I'm not sure, the bottom weapon is the Queen's Guard Spear that used to be in the SoF.

Got a solution, just confirming from cached view that top was runespan, bottom was SoF rewards, I've got them both :), requested lock.
