    tbh this would probaly work over lots of other ways to stop chargebacks but chargebacks can always happen

    You can't prevent chargebacks on PayPal, your choice would be to agree with the buyer on a different method of payment.

    The safest way to prevent chargeback is just to use player auctions. As long as you have the required proof that you have delivered the gold on your side, the cash will still come to you.

    PA will handle all fraudulent activities on their side so a law-suit from PA to the chargebacker will pose as a deterrence.

    Win-win for both parties in terms of safety.
