the code is gift and does not seem to be able to be redeemed online in anything, i tried both Runescape & League of Legends, he is aware of this issue and instead of refunding my 2150k back just deleted me, his rsn is '99ballz' if possible to add his skype + rs name to the blacklist to avoid anyone else being scammed would be awesome
