Briefly explain the trade: I commissioned iBuyStoof to get an account of mine from 60 - 98 Mining. I sent him $40 AUD via Paypal for this service, to an address he specified. He had already performed a service of 1 - 60 Mining for me, so I trusted him to do this second service. He did get me from 60 - 96 Mining, and I would check the account's progress via the hiscores routinely (roughly once a day, after I get home from work). Eventually, I noticed that my account's Mining XP had been stagnant for a few days. I sent iBuyStoof an e-mail asking what was happening. He replied that he had quit Runescape, and that he had "better things to do now". I will also mention that the Dragon Pickaxe I had purchased specifically for him to make his service a little easier, had mysteriously vanished from the account.
Essentially, iBuyStoof accepted my payment, did NOT complete my service, and stole my Dragon Pickaxe as well. When I inquired as to why he did this, he brushed me off and said he had quit Runescape. As of today's date, he is still accepting services on his skilling thread. To tell me he has quit and then discuss more services with potential customers (right where I can see it, no less) is downright infuriating.

Here is a screenshot of the last e-mail iBuyStoof sent me after I ask him what he has been doing and also why he has not been training the account. Note that the e-mail address it was sent from is identical to the one listed on his Sythe profile:

The name of the supposed recipient address he asked me to send the money to was "joshua pitcher". I have edited out some personal names for the sake of their privacy:

If you look at this page here, you will see that iBuyStoof posts a screenshot of him getting 60 Mining on my account. Note that the 99 Woodcutting and 99 Firemaking are identical to the skills screenshot I posted above. It is my account he is providing a screenshot of.
Please punish this guy, if only to stop him ripping other people off.
