ibowi Recovery / Hacked

Hi, I posted a dispute months ago explaining how I was hacked and then banned but now I can't find the thread. I was told to post an e-mail and then was told to post it from my home IP since I was at college. I am not sure what else to include here, but my username was "ibowi" and I would like my new email address to be "[email protected]". If you need any other information could you please create an account for me (it says I can not make a new one since I have already previously made one).

I've requested an email change. You should receive an email from an administrator when it is handled.
