I ran some tests and i decompiled it and it has a stub, Crypted by Sp33d Crypter, A crypter that binds virus to a Legit file so it looks good to your Anti virus. DO NOT download. After making more decompilation i saw that the Stub desposits a trojan that is unknown to most Anti virus for the moment.
